These terms cover the services provided by FloxCall ("FloxCall", "we", "us") and your use of this website. By using our services or this site, you agree to them. Clients may also sign a written agreement, and if it conflicts with this page, the written agreement wins.
Our services
FloxCall builds and maintains websites, sets up and runs AI phone receptionists, and offers add-ons including missed-call text-back, review requests, Google Business Profile management, and Google and Facebook ads management. What's included in your plan is shown on our pricing section and confirmed with you before work starts.
Payment terms
- Setup and build fees are non-refundable once work begins.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance.
- Websites require the Care Plan for a minimum of 6 months. After that, you can stay on Care, switch to Hosting Only, or cancel.
- AI receptionist plans are month-to-month after setup.
- Extra receptionist minutes beyond your plan are billed at the per-minute rate shown on our pricing section.
- Ad spend is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to the ad platforms.
You own your domain and content
Your domain name, business content, logo, photos and customer data belong to you. If you leave, we'll help you move them. We keep the right to reuse our own general tools, code and templates.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, like your services, prices, hours and policies. Your receptionist and website rely on it.
- You're responsible for how you use the service, including following the laws that apply to your business, like rules about calling, texting, and recording calls.
- You must have the rights to any content, photos or logos you send us.
AI limitations
AI receptionists may occasionally make mistakes, mishear a caller, or give an incomplete answer. Please review your call summaries and alerts. The service is not a substitute for emergency services. Anyone with an emergency should call 911.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, FloxCall is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Cancellation
You can cancel by emailing hello@floxcall.com. Website Care Plans can be canceled after the 6-month minimum. Receptionist plans and add-ons can be canceled anytime after setup, effective at the end of the current billing period. To stop forwarding calls, cancel the forward on your phone with a single code or setting.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
