Here's exactly how calls get to your AI receptionist. We do this with you on a quick call, so you don't need to figure it out alone.
Pick how it answers
- Missed calls onlyYour phone rings like normal. If nobody picks up, your receptionist answers. This is the most popular choice.
- After hoursYou answer during the day. Your receptionist takes over after close and on weekends.
- Every callYour receptionist answers first, every time. Great when you're always on a job.

Quick tips
- Your voicemail should not pick up before the forward does. We help you shorten the ring time or turn voicemail off.
- Some carriers also support forwarding when busy or when your phone is off. We can turn those on too.
- Codes can change by carrier and plan. If a code doesn't work, we'll call your carrier with you.
